Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing brawlscout.com (the "Site") you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site. Accessing the Site by automated means constitutes acceptance in the same way as browsing it manually.

2. Permitted use

The Site is provided free of charge for personal use: looking up players and clubs, reading statistics, guides and news. You may link to any page and quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the source page.

3. Automated access and data extraction

The following are not permitted without prior written permission:

• accessing the Site with crawlers, scrapers, headless browsers, scripts or any other automated system, other than the search engine crawlers expressly allowed in robots.txt;
• systematically retrieving player, club, brawler, map or match data, whether in whole or in substantial part, and whether in a single operation or through repeated requests;
• storing, republishing, reselling or redistributing data obtained from the Site, or using it to build, populate or enrich another database, dataset, application, bot or service;
• using the data to train, fine-tune or ground machine learning or generative AI models;
• circumventing, disabling or attempting to defeat any access control, rate limit, security challenge or bot mitigation measure applied to the Site, including by rotating IP addresses or falsifying user-agent strings or other request headers;
• placing an unreasonable load on the Site's infrastructure, or any use that increases the operator's hosting costs.

4. Database rights and reservation of rights

The statistics published here — including win rates, pick rates, tier placements and per-map rankings — are not raw game data. They are produced by the operator through the collection, verification and aggregation of large samples of match data, and represent a substantial investment.

The operator asserts the sui generis database right under Directive 96/9/EC and the Italian legislation implementing it. Extraction or re-utilisation of the whole or of a substantial part of the database, and the repeated and systematic extraction of insubstantial parts, are prohibited.

The operator expressly reserves the rights of text and data mining under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790. This reservation is also declared in machine-readable form in robots.txt.

5. Enforcement

The operator may block, challenge or rate-limit any access that breaches these terms, without notice and at its sole discretion, and may report abuse to the relevant network or hosting provider. Continuing to access the Site after such measures have been applied is itself a breach of these terms.

6. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is". Player and club information comes from the official Brawl Stars API and may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Statistics are estimates derived from samples of public matches and are not official. The operator gives no warranty as to accuracy, availability or fitness for any purpose, and accepts no liability for decisions taken on the basis of the content.

7. Fan content

BrawlScout is an unofficial fan-made site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or specifically approved by Supercell, and Supercell is not responsible for it. Brawl Stars is a trademark of Supercell. The Site operates under Supercell's Fan Content Policy.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law and contact
